Whole Hog Café proprietors Ron Blasingame, Mike "Sarge" Davis, and Mike Blasingame are the founding members of the Southern Gentlemen, whose outstanding Whole Hog won First Place in the 2002 Memphis-in-May World Barbeque Championship.

The same award-winning recipes are prepared each day at the Whole Hog Café. Ron and Sarge are certified Memphis-in-May and Kansas City Barbeque Society barbeque judges.

The Whole Hog Café Banquet Room is the perfect gathering place for any private party, reunion, business meeting, wedding rehersal dinner, or any other gathering, and seats up to 120 people.
